How does Wellpass work at your studio?
With your Wellpass membership, you can book up to 6 classes per month using the ‘credits’ loaded to your corelab account. These credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of the month. It is important to check in by scanning your Wellpass app at the studio when you attend a class, as we can only be reimbursed for your visit through the app check-in.

How can I book a class with Wellpass?
Please download and register on the ‘corelab s’tudios app. Once registered, email a screenshot of your Wellpass membership confirmation with the subject line “Teilnahmebestätigung: [your name]” to wellpass@corelabstudios.com. We will add six credits to your account each month, and you will receive an email confirming the membership terms and conditions.
I have attended classes at your studio with Wellpass, but now I can only book by paying €19.
Due to limited IT integration with Wellpass, we manually load credits each month, usually based on your recent usage. If it’s been a while since your last visit, this could be why your credits are missing.
Regardless of the reason, if your monthly credits are unavailable, please contact us via WhatsApp at +49 1523 6611720 or email wellpass@corelabstudios.com, and we’ll reload them as soon as possible.
Although I have Wellpass, my credit card was charged €19 for a class.
With Wellpass, you receive six credits per month. If you exceed this limit, you will be charged for additional classes. The six credits cover all bookings—past, current, and future—within the month. When booking a class, please ensure you are selecting the option to book with “1 credit.” If you have run out of credits, the system will prompt you to pay €19 for the class. It is your responsibility to cancel the booking and contact us if this happens.
If you choose to proceed with the payment, we can only offer a refund in the form of a class credit, which will not expire or can be gifted to someone else.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, you’ll receive an email notification. To claim the spot, simply open the app, go to ‘Bookings’ at the bottom, select ‘Waitlist,’ and book the class. Please note that the 12-hour late cancellation and no-show policies still apply.
I need to cancel my class
All class cancellations must be made through the corelab app. Please avoid canceling via email or text message, as we may not see it in time, which could result in a late cancellation. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, a €19 late cancellation fee will apply. However, if you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, your class credit will be refunded for future use.
I received an email about a cancellation fee/no show
You canceled a class less than 12 hours before it started, resulting in a €19 fee. You can pay this fee through the app under the ‘Store’ section at the bottom right, or by bank transfer (IBAN: DE64700202700020307685 / BIC: HYVEDEMMXXX). Until the fee is paid, your credits will be locked, and you will not be able to book future classes or attend current bookings.
I booked the wrong class/I want to attend an earlier class, what can I do?
If it is more than 12 hours before the class, please cancel and rebook via the app.
