MONTHLY MUSCLE FOCUS
a plank is a core-stabilizing exercise, which helps to build the entire structure of the core including your back and glutes to improve posture and balance.
strong obliques not only look good, but also help to prevent injuries and pain especially associated with the lower back and shoulders. Obliques provide stability to the ribcage and pelvis and assist in side bending the body and rotating the trunk.
squats help to develop better posture, improve core strength, build muscle mass and strength in glutes, quads, and hamstrings, and lower risk of injury in knees and ankles.
your lats protect and stabilize your spine while providing shoulder and back strength. They also help with shoulder and arm movement and support good posture.
