As an amateur body builder and fitness enthusiast, my vision for founding corelab is to make strength training accessible for everyone in the most effective and safe manner. I  designed the corelab station to combine mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance all in one workout! I know that sounds ambitious, but just try the workout and you will see for yourself! Moreover, I want our studios to be an incluse community that promotes a sense of belonging and well-being.

I am Colombian/American and I moved to Franfurk at the end of 2021 because I really wanted to bring this workout to Germany. My classes are high energy and I will encourage you to push your limits, but I also want you feel supported and guided. I became a certified instructor in this fitness format in Washington, DC in 2015 when then first lady Michelle Obama was one of our clients.

When I am not teaching at corelab or running the studio, I am working on environmenal justice issues related to drinking water and wastewater.
